UKRAINE OUTBREAK UPDATES

A cocktail of three flu viruses are reported to have mutated into a single pneumonic plague, which it is believed may be far more dangerous than swine flu. The death toll has reached 189 and more than 1 million people have been infected, most of them in the 9 regions of Western Ukraine.
More than one out of three people in the country affected.
“People are dying. The epidemic is killing doctors. This is absolutely inconceivable in the 21st Century.”
Ukraine President Viktor Yushchenko says three causes of serious viral infections came together simultaneously in Ukraine – two seasonal flus and the Californian flu… “as a result of mutation.”
A kind of pneumonia.

Infectious disease expert, Dr. Donald Lau believes a highly virulent new strain is to blame.
This one may have mutated to something else because it has a much bigger rate of filling the lungs with blood…. The virus in the Ukraine has 10-times the mortality rate attributed to swine flu.
Public health authority, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz: “These vaccinations contain highly unstable viruses that easily mutate, because they are ‘live active’ laboratory mutants that are being administered…
“People shed these ‘live’ viruses up to three weeks following vaccination. That means if you haven’t been vaccinated, and you get near someone who has and then sneezes, you can get their H1N1 laboratory infection.”
Dr. Horowitz explained that anyone contracting H1N1 from vaccinations or other Swine Flu-infected persons risks combining it with other internal or environmental viruses, creating a lethal mix.
He expressed great concern about vaccines used to transmit dangerous viruses, capable of mutating into deadly ones. He believes this may be happening in Ukraine
Dr. Viera Scheibner, the world’s foremost vaccine expert says vaccines often cause the diseases they’re designed to prevent.
President Viktor Yushchenko: “Three pathogens of viral infections came to Ukraine at the same time: two of them are seasonal flu and the third is the A/H1N1… Such a combination of infections due to mutation may produce a new, even more aggressive virus.”

BAXTER
On June 10, Austrian journalist Jane Burgermeister filed sweeping criminal charges with the FBI in addition to earlier April 8 ones with the Vienna State Prosecutor’s Office against Baxter AG, Baxter International and Avir Green Hill Biotechnology AG, “for manufacturing, disseminating, and releasing a biological weapon of mass destruction on Austrian soil between December 2008 and February 2009 with the intention of causing a global bird flu pandemic virus and of intending to profit from that same pandemic.
Baxter confirms the “accidental” shipment of vaccines contaminated with bird flu.
By combining H3N2 and H5N1 viruses in a Biosafety Level 3 labs, Baxter produced a highly dangerous biological weapon with a 63% mortality rate. The H5N1 virus is restricted in its human-to-human transmissibility, and cannot be transmitted through coughing or sneezing.
But when combined with seasonal flu viruses that are easily contagious by air, a new flu virus is created, which is unknown to the human immune system and which could have a severe impact on an unprotected population.
Burgermeister documented that Baxter – via Avir – distributed 72 kilos of vaccines contaminated with live bird flu using false concealment and false labels to 16 laboratories in Austria and .other countries at the end of January/beginning of February – potentially infecting at least 36-37 laboratory staff, as well as 18 Avir employees at Vienna’s Otto Wagner Hospital.
Burgermeister also cited a Baxter-Avir 2006 contract with Austria’s Health Ministry for 16 million vaccine doses in case a bird flu pandemic was declared.
She contends that Baxter’s production system, “namely, the use of 1200 liter bioreactors and vero cell technology,” meets “the technical criteria large-scale bioweapon production facility (able to produce) a huge amount of contaminated vaccine material….rapidly.”
Baxter has a facility in the Ukraine.
Two months before the outbreak Joseph Moshe, a Mossad biological warfare expert warned on an August radio program about “a biological weapon… being made by Baxter International(’s Ukraine facility) that would be spread through vaccine and would cause a plague upon its release.”
In August, Ukraine was almost influenza free. On October 30, only two cases of Swine Flu had been reported. Thousands of Ukrainians refused to be vaccinated. [thepeoplesvoice.org]

ODESSA ANTIPLAGUE STATION NO. 127
The Soviets are gone but the lab is still here in this Ukrainian Black Sea port notorious for its criminal gangs and black markets. Antiplague Station 127 is one of more than 80 similar “antiplague” labs scattered across the former Soviet Union.
Since the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, budgets at the institutes have fallen so steeply that even the simplest security upgrades are out of reach. They often have culture collections of pathogens that lack biosecurity.
In Odessa, Ukraine – where 44 scientists and about 140 support staff carry out research in the I.I. Mechnikov Antiplague Scientific and Research Institute – scientists wearing cotton smocks and surgical masks work with lethal microbes that in the West would be locked away in high-containment laboratories and handled only by scientists in spacesuits.
“Many of the institutes are located in downtown areas, and some work with pathogens with windows wide open ,” said Sonia Ben Ouagrham, who coauthored the Monterey study with Zilinskas and Alexander Melikishvili.
Plague, or black death, was a frequent visitor to Russia and neighboring countries well into the 20th Century. Plague is caused by a bacterium, Yersinia pestis , and it is most commonly transmitted to people by animal or insect carriers, such as rats. It is the same illness that killed an estimated one-third of the population of Europe in the 14th century. Today, plague is easily treated with antibiotics, although a rare form of the disease – pneumonic plague, caused by breathing the bacteria into the lungs – is highly lethal and is considered a weapon of choice for germ warfare or bioterrorism.
In Odessa, a sea port of just over 1 million people, tourists can visit eight different cemeteries for plague victims, including Plague Mountain, a grassy mound that served as a mass grave for victims of an 1812 outbreak that killed more than 2,600 people. [Washington Post2005]

OPPOSITION TO VACCINATIONS IN EUROPE
On November 7 in Paris, a public demonstration against them was held. As of November 5, less than 0.1% of the French population was inoculated despite a mass vaccination campaign. 90% of Greek health workers oppose them. Reports from Portugal say vaccine centers are nearly empty, and doctors and nurses won’t take them.
In mid-October, Der Spiegel reported an “open rebellion” among general medical professionals and child physicians across Germany over dangerous Swine Flu vaccines.
Dieter Ludwig, drug commission chairman of the German medical profession, reportedly alleged that health authorities colluded with drug companies to promote them.
In Denmark, most public officials and healthcare workers won’t take the swine flu vaccine, citing the danger and saying H1N1 is no different from seasonal flu. Throughout Scandinavia, sentiment is the same with up to 75% opposition. In Sweden, as few as several thousand have gotten them. Across the continent also, in the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium and elsewhere. Also large segments of the US, Canadian and UK populations voice strong opposition. COMMENTARY:
When multiple human viruses combine and mutate into a virulent new form, we are almost certainly looking at an artificial event.
Dr. Len Horowitz, whom I know personally and who is a leading expert on bioweapons and plagues, correctly identifies the dangers of “live” vaccines mutating inside a human Petri dish.
As a journalist, the first thing I looked for were any records of germ warfare activities in the Ukraine. What I found was disturbing.
Baxter’s admission of “accidental” vaccine contamination, its Level 3 biolab in the Ukraine (of all places), and its contract with the Ukrainian government for major vaccine sales in event of a bird flu – not a swine flu – pandemic are highly suggestive, if not incriminating.
Couple this with a worldwide revulsion against the H1N1 vaccine, and the stage is set for a desperate attempt to stampede entire populations into the syringe-filled arms of those waiting to profit.
Is the Ukraine outbreak a “false flag” operation?
How did that country jump from being virtually H1N1-free to a massive outbreak sickening more than 1 million people in two weeks?
One thing this outbreak is not, is the “plague”. If the death rate reaches 100,000 dead per 1 million infected, we might use that term. But 200 dead – while alarming, tragic and highly suspicious – is not the “plague”.
