It’s the funniest thing I have heard since “I will never touch your guns..”; while acting POTUS hurls racist remarks towards citizens.
Singapore; home to americas once prosperous and marveled fleet of cargo ships’ graveyard. In the back bay off a secluded group of islands lays the largest fleet of cargo ships gathered in one place; Singapore.
Is production so horrific as to bed so many ships as out of commission? Time will tell.
Following is a list of News article headlines concerning Russian Arms Control.

Russia Getting Ready to Attack?
Control of Arms is different than Arms reduction. Talk of arms control and reduction is wasted in the vie for control and power. A major pact within tantalizing reach, President Barack Obama aims to nudge forward an arms-control deal in talks with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
Obama must have been going through my blogs and decided Russia was in control of Arms – all they can get their hands on.
Obama and Medvedev agreed in April to reach a new nuclear arms reduction treaty to replace Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty 1 before it expires on Dec. 5. Later, in Moscow in July, they agreed further to cut the number of nuclear warheads each nation possesses to between 1,500 and 1,675 within seven years.
“We are already taking steps to bring down our nuclear stockpiles in cooperation with the Russian government,” he said during a news conference in Japan with Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama.
While the statement may be true, I doubt it; Russia is not interested in “bringing down nuclear stockpiles”.
Russia is arming and arming allies while Barrack Hussein Obama is in a popularity contest – with himself.
Quote from Pravda: The USA will not take a risk of triggering a global war. If it does, the nation will suffer from much greater damage than it did during WWII. There were no intercontinental ballistic missiles 70 years ago. However, the nation can provoke smaller, local wars, for example a conflict between China and India. If it happens, the USA will not try to have Russia involved in any regional conflict because Russia, for the time being, is the only state that is technically capable of destroying America.
