At 9:20 PM, July 16,1999, John Fitzgerald Kennedy Jr. radioed the tower at an airport near Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts announcing that he was preparing to land. Seconds after, his plane exploded in mid-air, and this was witnessed by several witnesses including a local newspaper reporter and an attorney. On board were his wife Caroline Bessette and her sister Lauren. Lauren’s luggage was recovered miles from the crash site, an event that can only be caused by a mid-air explosion.
For reasons that would later become clear, search for the missing plane was delayed for 5 hours, when Pres. William “Bill” Clinton sent out the equivalent of the Sixth Fleet to find the wreckage, hide it and the bodies from the snoopy media, and though JFK Jr. was never in the Navy, and though the families did not consent, cremate the corpses, or evidence, and throw the ashes into the water in a quickly planned, elaborate, Navy funeral at sea.
Behind the scenes, a hokey cover story was concocted. The weather, which was perfect, became stormy. JFK Jr. had a gimpy leg. Reports by the FAA and FBI, both concluding foul play was involved, were buried, the arrival of Israeli PM Ehud Barak to Clinton’s court the day before was given an alternative explanation…In fact JFK Jr.’s profound affect on Israel was never mentioned.
But it was huge. In the March, 1997 issue of his magazine, George, JFK Jr. became the only publisher of a major American publication to expose the conspiracy to murder Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin. His 13 page expose shook the Israeli establishment to it’s foundations:

Israeli Prime Minister Rabin’s widow charged Tuesday that John Kennedy Jr.’s magazine crossed “the red line” by publishing an article by the mother of her husband’s assassin. “How, of all people, could he do such a thing?” Mrs. Kennedy asked of the son of President Kennedy who was assassinated in 1963. “Perhaps he needed a sensational story to sell his paper. I would expect that he would take a higher moral stand in his paper.”
The article claimed that Amir was goaded to shoot Rabin by an undercover agent for the Shin Bet, Israel’s security agency. (It) thought it would be done with a doctored gun. The security force let the attack happen so they could take credit for saving the prime minister.

And JFK Jr. was about to publish the final truth about Rabin’s murder. This, Israel could not allow. It’s operatives were called into action.This interview with JFK Jr.’s driver appeared in Maariv shortly after the Piper crash.

HE COULD BARELY WALK, HOW DID HE FLY?
Yoel Katzavman drove John Jr. 48 hours before the plane broke up. “He was a quiet and humble client.”
“How could he have flown that plane with a broken leg? It was really suicidal?,” said Yoel Katzavman (38), a limousine driver born in Hakiriot, who drove the Kennedy couple many times. Katzavman arrived in the US three years before and was employed by the Empire limousine service. He was often called to drive John Jr. and Carolyn Kennedy from their New York apartment. He recalls his last ride with John Jr., less than 48 hours before the final takeoff.

It was this self-serving interview that raised my suspicions and I went looking. Here is what I wrote in July, 2009:

So now what do we do about the information coming out on the explosion of JFK Jr.’s plane? The day it happened I wrote that JFK Jr. was doing more than any other American media figure to get to the bottom of the Rabin assassination truth. I reminded readers that his magazine George ran a 13 page expose of the Shabak’s involvement in the assassination. I suggested that this was a brave but risky stand. Then came the tidal wave of data. The FBI Preliminary Report confirming the bomb on the plane and noting the type of explosive was used by certain foreign intelligence services. This was followed by Catherine Crier of Fox TV’s The Crier Report, announcing that JFK Jr. was about to meet high ranking Mossad officers to get the full story on the Rabin assassination. Then the German newspaper, Franfurter Allgemaine Zeitung, reported that Kennedy had met with the deputy chief of the Mossad, Amiram Levine to get the full story on the Rabin assassination two days before his plane went down. Then Maariv ran an interview with JFK’s chauffeur, who happens to be Israeli. Then people started noting that Ehud Barak was in Washington at the time of Kennedy’s finale in life.

And I was not alone in my investigation:

JFK JR. ASSASSINATION:
Evidence continues to mount that JFK jr. and passengers were
killed by an altitude triggered bomb planted in the tail section of the
plane.
Here is the evidence: Kennedy*s sister in law’s ( Lauren
Bessette ) suitcase was found miles out in the ocean, away from the crash
site. Lawyer Victor Pribanic was on the shore fishing and heard the
explosion from the same location and time frame where the plane went
down. The wreckage of the plane was recovered under *national security*
conditions and no reporters were allowed to see or photograph it. The
wreckage was loaded on to sealed containers and taken away. The FAA report
indicated the recovered engine was fully functional. The presumed bad
weather that caused Kennedy to spiral into the water was some 8 miles
away from the crash site at that time, so the report of bad weather was
part of the cover-up.

Soon after, a correspondent wrote me:

At the time his plane went down, I was living in Massachusetts.
Kerryville. The state has gone under.
On the particular day, I heard the news.
A reporter for The Vineyard Gazette who was on the island, was quoted as having seen the plane come down to land, and to have seen a flash on the plane. Next thing the plane went out of control and crashed into the sea below.
He was quoted on the internet saying this.
Having been a reporter, and having seen many other events go down [I get put in this situations, to witness, etc.] I decided to call the reporter in question.
Somehow I quickly reached him.
He repeated the story.
Next, the article disappeared from the internet, and no more report was made on the news which included any of the information from the eye-witness reporter.
Next, I noticed this disappearance of the article, and called the reporter back.
All of a sudden he no longer existed.
I couldn’t find him no matter what I did, despite my having spoken to him hours before.
Gone.

There were reports that JFK Jr. was planning to run for the New York senate seat that Hillary Clinton coveted. Hence the motive. Indeed, that may have been a factor. Pres. Clinton called in the Navy to hide the crime, his so-called Shalom Haver friendship with Rabin was clearly a sham, and his wife’s political ambitions could have been promoted by murdering JFK Jr.
But, looking at the priorities, Shimon Peres and the “peace” process had to be protected first. The brave and wonderful publisher JFK Jr. was set to explode all the myths surrounding the murder of Rabin. Unless he exploded first.

AMERICAN COMMUNIST HISTORICAL AGENDA EXPOSED

The American Civil War commenced in the year 1861. This was just thirteen years after the Communist Manifesto was fine-tuned in 1848. Claims that Marx invented Communism are just flat out false, he merely adjusted it to be less visible. Its working great. Unknown to most the final outcome of the so-called Civil War instituted a new quiet war on Americans by way of the Fourteenth Amendment.

To set the premise of this blog, the definition of a Manifesto is as follows:

MANIFESTO: A formal written declaration, promulgated by a sovereign, or by the executive authority of a state or nation, proclaiming its reasons and motives for declaring a war, or for any other important international action. Public declaration or proclamation of political or social principles.

WAR DECLARED
A manifesto puts forth political and/or social principles and a motive for WAR. In a broad sense, the Fourteenth Amendment is a manifesto: It is the Communists Declaration of War.

Pursuant to the Communist Manifesto, Marx calls forth the workingmen of the world to join in the fight against Capitalists. As a question of common sense, how can the lower class workingman have the power to create this power presence? They cannot: it is the World Elite who are behind this quiet war. The secret societies, along with the labor classes, are the tools of the World Elite Capitalists; the ones who pull the strings. “THEY” are the “Puppet Masters”.

The Fourteenth Amendment is actually a declaration of war, and will be proven herein. Accordingly, the amendment creates Quiet Wars on the de jure constitutional governments of the American republics, which are all foreign to each other and the United States. This means that all political jurisdictions are separate ( under the rules of international law).

The excuse for these ” Quiet Wars” can be found in the preamble of a congressional act referred to as the Expatriation Act (so-called). This instant Act was remarkably approved the day before the Fourteenth Amendment was announced ” Puportedly ” ratified. The purpose for these wars;

“….whereas it is necessary to the maintenance of public PEACE that this claim of foreign allegiance should be promptly and finally disavowed.”

Pursuant to measures of covert takeover, the insurgent governmental system–while not openly admitting to it–has currently defined itself in title 8 of the United States Code. here it is below:

Title 8 USC: 1101(a)(37). Definitions. The term ” totalitarian party” means an organization that advocates the establishment in the United States of a totalitarian dictatorship or totalitarianism. The terms ” totalitarian dictatorship ” and ” totalitarianism” mean and refer to systems of government not representative in fact, characterized by:

A) The existence of a single political party, organized on a dictatorial basis, with so close an identity between such party and its policies and the governmental policies of the country in which it exists, that the party and government constitute and indistinguishable unit, and

B) The forcible suppression of opposition to such party.

BASIC AUTHORIZATION DEFINITIONS

The placement of title 8 USC-1101(a)(37) appears to be a clandestinely placed definition, i.e. it is secretive bragging. Of course, there will be no admission that the above definition applies to the de facto governmental system; you must employ applied facts to prove it. Pursuant to this: listed below are its main definitional characteristics. The specific particulars are as follows:

1. TOTALITARIANISM

2. DICTATORSHIP

3.GOVERNMENT NOT REPRESENTATIVE IN FACT

4. FORCIBLE SUPPRESSION

These factors will now be applied to the federal government of the {U}nited States now in place.

A. Study the definition of TOTALITARIAN from the American Heritage Dictionary:

Totalitarian. adj. 1. Of, relating to, being, or imposing a form of government in which the political authority exercises absolute and centralized control over all aspects of life, the individual is subordinated to the state, and opposing political and cultural expression is suppressed.

B. Study the definition of DICTATOR from the American Heritage Dictionary:

DICTATOR. n. 1.a. An absolute ruler. b. A tyrant; a despot. 2. An ancient Roman magistrate appointed temporarily to deal with an immediate crisis or emergency. ( In our case it was freedom)

C. Study the definition of NOT REPRESENTATIVE IN FACT from Blacks Law Dictionary:

IN FACT. Actual, real; as distinguished from or inferred. Resulting from the acts of parties, instead of from the act or intendment of law.

D. Study the definition of FORCIBLE SUPPRESSION from Blacks Law Dictionary:

MARTIAL LAW. A system of law, obtaining only in time of actual war and growing out of the exigencies therof, arbitrary in its character, and depending only on the will of the commander of an army, which is established and administered in a place or district of hostile territory held in belligerent possession, or sometimes , in places occupied or prevaded by insurgents or mobs, and which suspends all existing civil laws, as well as the civil authority and the ordinary administration of justice. See also Military government; Military law. ( see also government de facto; Lieber Military code).

In other words put a Confederated Republic down subliminally over time after installing your Communist declaration, the Fourteenth Amendment. In affect stealing a Nation right out from under the noses of the Sovereign De Jure Nationals who own it out right. ( you and I).

Some may say a square peg is being jammed into a round hole. Nevertheless, in a broad sense all four of these particulars can be applied to the de-facto governmental system that is currently in place in America. This will be directly proven hence forth with the applied evidence.

Totalitarian Examined

Today, because the Marxist system and falsehoods are so widespread, you generally cannot get employment and do any banking without a Social Security Number. Congress has made no public effort to make it known that social security is optional, which it is. Ergo: One cannot work unless they have the “federal” number. If you cannot work or bank you suffer!!! Conclusion: you are subordinate to the federal government!!! ( the state).

The statutory system (both federal and state) has replaced the de jure civil law America. The common law was the law of the people, i.e. natural law, usages and customs. Simply put: The law of God. The common law is defined by Blacks Law Dictionary as follows:

COMMON LAW: As distinguished from statutory law created by enactment of legislatures, the common law derive their authority solely from usages and customs of immemorial antiquity, or from the judgments and decrees of the courts recognizing, affirming, and enforcing such usages and customs. The ” commons Law” is all the statutory and case background of England and the American colonies before the American Revolution. It consists of those principles, usage and rules of action applicable to government and security of persons and property that do not rest for their authority upon any express and positive declaration of the will of the legislature.

Under usages and customs, people of each country in the Union are governed by what they do and wish; such being under a system of self-government that is under the guidance of scripture; they are not governed by law, i.e. general legislative law based on the whim of the legislature. This is law that is ordained by someone who believes they know better: the people of station or the Elitists in the current de facto governmental system–THE RULERS! ( example being a small town council thinking they know better what we the populance should do or not do with our very own private property, it is of course of my personal opinion that anybody wanting to be on described councils are nothing more than complete and utter twits. Thus I will never run for any kind of governmental seat ever). Nor will I ever rely on said twits to be my deciders about anything ever.

The statutory system of law does not allow people to govern themselves by their usages and customs. All such dictated law generally comes from the decree of the federal government. Said government is not supposed to have interaction with the states that is outside the stipulations of Article 1, section 8 of the Constitution. Also, understand the 9th and Tenth Amendments.

It appears that: TOTALITARIAN is applicable to the de facto system. Federal, State, and local, being county, and city. Their all Marxists.

DICTATOR EXAMINED

Below are two appropriate definitions that are taken from the American Heritage Dictionary that will set up the premise of the dictator:

1. DESPOTISM. 1. Rule by or as if by a despot: absolute power or authority. 2. The actions of a despot; tyranny. 3a. A governmental or political system in which the ruler exercises absolute power. b. A state so ruled.

2. AUTOCRACY. 1. Government by a single person having unlimited power; despotism. 2. A country or state that is governed by a single person with unlimited power.

Do you imagine the above definitions are appropriate? You question AUTOCRACY do you? Do you think since “Americans” hold a presidential election actually precludes us from being under an autocratic government? Well, the de facto President of the United States can write an order referred to as an Executive Order. As Congress has nothing to do with such Orders, this usurps the purpose and protection of the Separation of Powers as set forth by the Constitution. One should note that thousands of these Orders have been written the past several years. Some are being enforced; some are just sitting there waiting to be used and enforced. Understand that the de facto Congress can invalidate these Orders, but generally it chooses not to. please see and understand the definition of totalitarianism in title 8 USC;1101(a)(37).

In conclusion to the above, the facts that were evidenced may be translated into a government that is administered by a single person having unlimited power–Ergo: DICTATOR.

It appears that: DICTATOR is applicable to the de facto system.

NOT REPRESENTATIVE IN FACT EXAMINED

Title 8 USC:1101(a)(37). This one is so easy to prove, again, the current sitting governments are not real governments. They are imposters that have seated the state governments under Terms of War via the operations of law set forth by the Fourteenth Amendment. Moreover, the real constitutional apportionment of Congressional representation ( i.e. de jure) in Article 1 of the organic Constitution. These apportioned parameters have never been repealed; wherefore they are even now in full force and effect. Therefore, all state and federal governments are not representative ” in Fact”.

The legal definition of “in fact” from Blacks Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition Deluxe, states;

IN FACT: Actual real; as distinguished from or implied or inferred. Resulting from the acts of parties, instead of from the act or intendment of law.

Moreover, the current state government{s} are seated in violation of the organic (i.e. the original) Constitution of the federation, the real ” Intendment of Law”. Accordingly, to further prove this usurpation and fraud, see this text that is found in title 8 USC : 1101(a)(37):

” The existence of a single political party, organized on a dictatorial basis, with so close an identity between such party and its policies and the governmental policies of the country in which it exists, that party and government constitute an indistinguishable unit”.

Comformably–pursuant to the forgoing congressional definition Franklin Delano Roosevelt may be Quoted as saying: ” There’s not a dimes worth of difference between the Republicans and Democrats.” ENOUGH SAID about the current governments not being representative in fact!

It appears that NOT REPRESENTATIVE IN FACT is applicable to the de facto system, Federal state local levels. Blaine county in particular.

FORCIBLE SUPPRESSION EXAMINED

To prove a point; Go to Washington D.C. or even our State Capital in Boise with a group of people. Tell them you know that they are imposters and that you can prove it with legal and documented evidence. Insist you want them to leave so that the government de jure can be seated: be commanding. Without a doubt, you will see some Forcible Suppression take place. Moreover, can you recollect any time where something was forced on the people of a state. I can think of thousands, like wolf programs for example.

Furthermore, for proof of the terminology of force being a factor of the insurgent governmental system that causes meddling from the foreign organization: the United States, look at most of the constitutional amendments past number twelve; the last section or clause states;

“CONGRESS shall have the power to ENFORCE this article by appropriate legislation.”

In other words : the forcing of communist/totalitarion doctrines.

It appears that: FORCIBLE SUPPRESSION is applicable to this de facto system.

Without a doubt the sitting federal government, the sitting state governments, all countys, and towns and or city councils fits into the definition parameters of title 8 USC : 1101(a)(37). which defines a Totalitarian Dictatorship. However, with some due respect it has been a somewhat benevolent federal one. It appears to rule with a Velvet Glove instead of an Iron Fist. FOR NOW THAT IS! They could not be too forceful or people would catch on to what is going on. You must note that it has taken over 139 years to get to this point ” THEY” are at.

The MARXISTS ARE “THEY”, and they are running the show. I’ve shown that COMMUNISM is very alive and well indeed and we are it. Welcome to the USSA, Land of the indoctrinated, and Home of the afraid to see reality.

A little party history lesson, equates to socialist communism in America

What is the purpose of the several secretive and semi secretive groups in the world today. You know these groups exist so why be in denial of their existence. Lets call them organizations. Why do some of these organizations select and then support the candidates for major political offices. Like the Council on Foreign Relations consistently presenting U.S. Corporate presidential candidates who eventually become their president. Not your president, their president.

Perhaps the best answer to the question has been answered already by Norman Thomas, the Socialist Party’s presidential candidate in every national election between the years 1928 to 1948. Mr. Thomas said : “We have learned that it is possible, to a degree not anticipated by most earlier Socialists, to impose desirable social controls on privately owned enterprises by the development of social planning, by proper taxation and labor legislation and by the growth of powerful labor organizations.”

Mr. Thomas was revealing the game plan for the ultimate success of Socialism ; the utilization of non-socialist hands to gradually achieve the goals of Socialism. The question was how could the Socialists get the American people to accept Socialism when the American people had made it clear through the years they didn’t want the economic philosphy known as Socialism.

Mr. Thomas answered this question on another occasion ; ” The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism, but under the name of Liberalism, they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program until one day America will be a Socialist nation without knowing how it happened. ”

The key to success for the Socialists was to get the American people to support candidates that they perceived were “anti-socialist” but were in truth supporting the cause of the Socialist Party in increasing the size and scope of government in the lives of the American people.

Mr. Thomas later identified one of these Liberal closet Socialists when he wrote, : the United States is making greater strides toward Socialism under President Eisenhower than under President Franklin Roosevelt. There are many who considered Roosevelt to be a semi-Socialist, but Eisenhower has been perceived as a “conservative” by the American people. Yet Thomas told the American people that Eisenhower as President was doing more to promote Socialism than had Roosevelt as President.

Another individual hiding his socialism, according to Norman Thomas, was President Lyndon Johnson. Thomas was pleased with Johnson’s Great Society : ” I ought to rejoice and I do. I rub my eyes in amazement and surprise. His war on poverty is a Socialist approach.. Thomas also heaped praise upon another ” closet ” Socialist, Hubert Humphrey, who ” is the type of Democrat I like and one who would be a Socialist if he got to England.”

Another so-called ” Conservative anti-Socialist” President was President Richard Nixon. But John Kenneth Galbreath, the Paul Warburg Professor of Economics at Harvard University, identified him as a ” closet ” socialist, one doing the work of the Socialist party. First, Professor Galbreath presented his credentials that enabled him to determine if anyone else was a Socialist. He made a statement that indicated that he personally was a Socialist. He advocated that ….” a certain number of industries should be publically owned. For moving and housing people at moderate cost, private enterprise does not serve.”

Then he makes the connection between Socialism and President Nixon : ” But I had come reluctantly to the conclusion that Socialism, even in this modest design, was something I would never see. Now I am being rescued by this new Socialist upsurge, promoted, of all things, by socialists. not on the Left, but on the Right, and they have the blessing and conceivably much more, of a Republican Administration. Certainly, the least predicted development under the Nixon administration was the great new thrust to Socialism. As an opponent of Socialism, Mr. Nixon seemed steadfast.”

What these people were saying was that it didn’t make any difference whether the American people voted Republican and ” anti-Socialist,” or Democratic and “Liberal,” they get the same thing, more Socialism. This statement becomes graphically clear when the following issues are examined in light of what the two major political parties have done in support of them. Both parties have at one time or another supported ;

1. Ratification of the Genocide Convention.

2. A guaranteed annual income.

3. Federal Minimum Wage Legislation.

4. Federal Food Stamp program.

5. Abolition of the death penalty.

6. Peaceful Coexistence.

7. Socialized medicine.

8. Disarmament.

9. Repeal of the Internal Security Legislation aimed at Communism.

10. Federal Civil Rights Legislation.

11. Reapportionment of Electoral Districts on the basis of Population.

12. Federal Aid to Education. ( Indoctrination).

13. Federal Child Care Centers.

14. Ratification of the 1963 Nuclear Test Ban Treaty.

15. Termination of American sovereignty in the Panama Canal Zone.

16. Increased agricultural and commercial trade with the communist nations.

Not only have either or both of the major political parties supported these programs, but another party has as well. In fact, these are some of the planks in the official platforms of the Communist Party, U.S.A.

This was stressed by Samuel Adams, always in the forefront as a fire brand Patriot, in the fight for Liberty and Independence, for the rights of Free Man through Freedom from government-over man in an essay Published in 1771 in the Boston Gazette, Sam used the suedo name ” Candidus” due to threats of death, and being called fool on the house floor, This founder feared he would be executed by the blind and ignorant 97% of the populace fearing true freedom. Here is Samuel Adams letter to the editor.

” If the liberties of America are ever compleatly ruined, of which in my opinion there is the utmost danger, it will in all probability be the consequence of a mistaken notion of PRUDENCE, which leads men to acquiesce in measures of the most destructive tendency for the sake of present ease. When designs are forme’d to rase the very foundation of a free government, those few who to erect their grandeur and fortunes upon the general ruin, will employ every art to sooth the devoted people into a state of indolence, inattention and security, which is forever the for-runner of slavery, They are alarmed at nothing so much, as attempts to awaken the people to Jealousy and watchfulness; and it has been an old game played over and over again, to hold up the men who would rouse their fellow citizens and countrymen to a sense of their real danger, and spirit them to the most zealous activity in the use of all proper means for the preservation of the public liberty, as pretended patriots, intemperate politicians, rash, hotheaded men, Incindiaries, wretched desperados. who as was said of the best of men, would turn the world upside down, or have done it already.”

” The liberties of our country, the freedom of our civil Constitution, are worth defending at all hazards; and it is our duty to defend them against all attacks. We have received them as a fair inheritance from our worthy ancestors. They purchased them for us with toil and danger and expense of treasure and blood; and transmitted them to us with care and diligence. It will bring an everlasting mark of infamy upon the present generation, enlightened as it is, if we should suffer them to be wrested from us by violence without struggle; or be cheated out of them by the artifices of false and designing men. OF THE LATTER WE ARE IN MOST DANGER AT PRESENT. Let us therefore be aware of it.
