Diocese Will Pay $9.8 million to Alaska Abuse Victims

After laundering 200 million dollars, for herself, paying off the perverts should be a cake-walk. The world should nationalize a pope, priest and pervert month; every month , until they are all found.

“Under the plan for reorganization, $9.8 million will go into a fund for close to 300 victims. Another $2.5 million is going to lawyers, accountants and other professionals. Payments to individuals will be decided case-by-case by a mediator, depending on a variety of factors including the nature and severity of abuse, the age of the victim at the time it started, and whether the perpetrator was in a position of trust.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Donald MacDonald approved the plan at a hearing Monday morning in Anchorage.

“I’ve never had a case like this in my nearly 20 years on the bench,” the judge told the lawyers and Catholic church leaders gathered in court. The sexual abuse claims made this bankruptcy especially challenging, he said.

The diocese filed for reorganization in March 2008 in the wake of more than 100 state-court lawsuits accusing priests and volunteers of sexual abuse. After the bankruptcy case was filed, the claims grew. Many arise from abuse decades ago.”
I think we can extend the range from decades ago, somewhat further; with a couple more zeros, anyway.

God rested on the 7th day. His prophetic Churches thru the ages number seven. There are six years to work the land and the 7th year of Jubilee when the land rests. Very similar to the “mannah” from heaven God fed to his people after their exodus from Egypt. Six days He fed them. The seventh day was a day of rest, sabbath; and God provided enough on the sixth day that they not gather (work) on the day of rest(sabbath).

On the sixth day before completion of His creation prior to Adam the same day, God created all sustenance (food) for man and beast. Then He created man and woman alike, in his own image and rested the seventh day and blessed it and sanctified it for a continual sign.

Continual sign or perpetual convenant is one of the Ten Commandments. “Remember the sabbath and keep it holy.”

Israel and her troubles thru the ages, as an example, has been her direct disregard of the sabbaths and why God commanded the sabbath be kept; as a rememberance and a perpetual covenant and it ties directly with the land in which they dwell.

Observance of the sabbath on the seventh day is when God is with his people.

Protestants Don’t Get It;

That’s because we have been lied to – every step of the way.

Our intensions, or motives have been pure. In our hearts we believe and do what we know to do, in Jesus’ name. The evidence of our belief has been; go to church, pray and give thanks to God on the first day of the week, sunday.

If you didn’t catch that; sunday, the first day of the week.

The seventh day was the day before, when God rested (on Saturday, sabbath) to be with his people(, remember it and keep it holy).

Foreign influences are responsible for the changing of sabbath from saturday to sunday. This Young Lion, America, is a product of rome’s influence as a Mightly Lion. America embraced Sun day worship, in the eyes of God, I believe, while God, in fact, was at rest the day before, “…to be with his people”.

If you were unfortunate enough to have been in church on sunday, you missed God with his people. As they say; you were a day late…

The Sabbath is to be remembered “for a ‘perpetual’ convenant” between God and his people (believers), sabbath keepers. There is no other day God blessed and Sanctified. Only the seventh day when he rested from his work.

“…and the evening and the morning were the sixth day.”

“Thus, the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.

And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.

And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it; because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.”

So, we have right motives; on the wrong day. God has been calling us “to come out of ‘her’ “. Her; meaning rome’s Sun day worship influence in America, and the world. It’s the wrong day according to scripture; Genesis 2:1,2,3.

Gregorian calender switching is ‘hers’ as well. What happens in the gregorian calender switch is about keeping appropriate biblical events, that are to be celebrated and remembered, as far as possible from their original settings, dates, etc.

The biblical time keeper for the jewish year is the New Moon. The New Year begins march – april, depending on the new moon phase. Roman americans celebrate April Fools on that day. It is her slap in God’s face and we have not been paying attention.

Peak Oil: The real reason for the war in Afghanistan – the one the controlled media won’t tell you about!

According to the corrupt politicians who infest the House of Commons and our controlled corporate media, the war in Afghanistan is about “fighting terror” and “bringing democracy to the Afghan people”. Land & People has sought to show, over the last month, that it is nothing of the sort; that the war arises out of the implications of Peak Oil (and Peak Gas). The war, far from being waged for laudable reasons, is nothing less than a sordid exercise to control the oil and gas assets of the Caspian Sea region for naked profit and to deny such to both Russia and China.

Key to the achievement of the former is the proposed construction of a multi billion dollar gas pipeline (and possible oil pipeline) that will bring the gas from the Turmen gas fields, through Afghanistan (via the Helmand Valley) to Pakistan and India, where the gas will be liquefied at the ports and transported to the West, US and Japan by sea.

Curiously, although the controlled media is beginning to drop the pretence that the war in Afghanistan is about either the “War on Terror” or “democracy” it has not, as yet, revealed the involvement of the multinational oil and gas corporations in that region or the vast profits these corporations stand to make from their proposed Trans Afghanistan Pipeline, that is – after British, American, Canadian etc troops have neutralise the “terrorist” threat to the vital pipeline asset. That future multinational corporate profits are dependent upon the blood of our service personnel is, perhaps, one truth too many for the controlled media here in Britain!

For those interested in the pipeline timeline and the reason why we have been sucked into this war of corporate greed, the following outline may prove instructive:

Pipeline timeline.

December 1991: Collapse of the Soviet Union, and the birth of Caspian Sea nations of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan. 200 billion barrels of oil in the Caspian Sea region.

1995: Unocal, seeking to build a pipeline across Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, and Pakistan (for delivery to energy hungry Asia via the Pakistani Arabian Sea coast), signed an agreement with Turkmenistan for natural gas purchasing rights for transport through a proposed pipeline. Unicol also signed an agreement with Turkmenistan for an oil pipeline.

August 6th, 1996: Unocal and Delta Oil Co. of Saudi Arabia signed a memorandum of understanding with Russia’s Gazprom and Turkmenistan’s Turkmenrusgaz to build a gas pipeline from Turkmenistan to Pakistan via Afghanistan.

October 1997: Unocal and other oil companies formed Central Asia Gas Pipeline Ltd (CentGas) in preparation for building the trans-Afghanistan pipeline.

1997: US Congress passed a resolution declaring the Caspian and Caucasus region to be a “zone of vital American interests”.

December 1997: Unocal invited Taliban representatives to their corporate headquarters in Sugarland, Texas to discuss the pipeline project. They were thereafter invited to Washington for meetings with Clinton Administration officials.

January 1998: Unocal agreement signed between Pakistan, Turkmenistan and the Taliban to arrange funding of the gas pipeline project, with Unocal also considering a Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-Arabian Sea coast oil pipeline.

1998: Vice President Dick Cheney, then CEO of the giant oil services company, Halliburton, stated: “I cannot think of a time when we have had a region emerge as suddenly to become as strategically significant as the Caspian”.

February 28, 1998: Unocal Vice President International Relations addressed US House of Representatives clearly stating that the Taliban government should be removed and replaced by a government acceptable to his company. He argued that creation of a 42 inch oil pipeline across Afghanistan would yield a Western profit increase of 500% by 2015.

March 1998: Unocal announced a delay in finalizing the pipeline project due to Afghanistan’s continuing civil war.

August 21st, 1998: Unocal temporarily halted development of the pipeline project following the US missile attacks against targets in Afghanistan.

November 1998: The Trade and Development Agency commissioned Enron to perform a feasibility study regarding an east-to-west route, crossing the Caspian Mountains and terminating in Turkey along the Mediterranean. (The route was later considered impractical, as it would cost an estimated $1 billion more than a route through Afghanistan.)

December 1998: Unocal issued a statement that it had withdrawn from the pipeline project on 12/4/98, noting “business reasons.”

May 15th, 2001: Regarding the placement of the Unocal Pipeline, a US Official delivered this ultimatum to the Taliban (via the Pakistani delegation acting as their interlocutors): “Either you accept our offer of a carpet of gold, or we bury you under a carpet of bombs.”

July 2001: Niaz Naik, a former Pakistani Foreign Secretary, was told by senior American officials in mid-July that military action against Afghanistan would go ahead by the middle of October.

October 7th, 2001: Military operations with aerial bombardment began in Afghanistan.

December 22nd, 2001: The US-backed interim government headed by Hamid Karzai took office in Kabul, Afghanistan (Hamid Karzai had formerly functioned as a Unocal Corporate consultant.)

December 31st, 2001: Bush appointed Zalmay Khalilzad as his Special Envoy to Afghanistan. Zhalilzad, like Karzai had earlier functioned as a Unocal consultant, participating in 1997 talks between Unocal and Taliban officials.

February 8th, 2002: Afghanistan’s interim ruler Hamid Karzai and the Pakistan president agreed to revive plans for a trans-Afghanistan pipeline.

Feb 9th, 2002: Turkmenistan officially stated that they hoped their trans-Afghanistan route would be soon built.

May 13th, 2002:Afghanistan’s Hamid Karzai to hold talks with his Pakistani and Turkmenistan counterparts regarding a pipeline from Turkmenistan, through Afghanistan, and through Pakistan to the coast. Mohammad Alim Razim, Afghanistan’s minister for Mines and Industries, stated Unocal was considered “the lead company” to build the pipeline.

May 30th, 2002: Afghanistan, Pakistan and Turkmenistan agreed to construct a gas pipeline to the Indian subcontinent.

Of course, the situation in Afghanistan, since 2002 has continued to deteriorate, meaning that ever growing numbers of Western troops are required to pacify the country, particularly in and along the proposed pipeline corridor; an example being the British presence in Helmand Province, through which a substantial part of the pipeline is planned to be constructed. In a nutshell, they can’t build their pipeline and reap the rewards until the key areas are free from the threat of “terrorism” – pipelines are notoriously easy targets.

A little detail on Unocal.

Union Oil Company of California, dba Unocal is a defunct company that was a major petroleum explorer and marketer in the late 19th century, through the 20th century, and into the early 21st century. It was headquartered in El Segundo, California, United States.

On August 10, 2005, Unocal merged with the Chevron Corporation and became a wholly owned subsidiary. Unocal has now ceased operations as an independent company, but continues to conduct many operations as Union Oil Company of California, a Chevron company.

Unocal was one of the key players in the CentGas consortium, an attempt to build the Trans-Afghanistan Pipeline to run from the Caspian area, through Afghanistan and probably Pakistan, to the Indian Ocean. One of the consultants to Unocal at that time was Zalmay Khalilzad, former US ambassador to Afghanistan then to Iraq and currently to the UN.

Media mind-control.

Our service personnel are fighting and dying in Afghanistan to “combat terrorism” and for “democracy” we are deliberately misinformed. The crooked politicians and the controlled media clearly want us to believe that lie, but we now know different, don’t we! Is this why there is, apparently, a “D-Notice” on any mention of the pipeline project in the corporate media? US lies about Iran’s nuclear program and “threat” to Israel, escalates aggression for war

US political “leaders” from both parties are lying to you about Iran’s “nuclear program” and what Iranian President Ahmadinejad said concerning Israel. Yes, the word “lie” is accurate; I will prove it beyond any reasonable doubt.

The good news is that both cases are paper-thin propaganda that anyone can see through and America is on the verge of ending criminal Wars of Aggression. Please learn these facts to communicate them powerfully.

Iran’s nuclear program: Here are the basics in two paragraphs: The Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) helps any nation develop nuclear energy in exchange for regulation by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the nation’s rejection of nuclear weapons. The purpose of the treaty is international peace and energy development. The US cooperated for Iran to have nuclear energy with the US-installed dictator, Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. CIA Operation Ajax in 1953 destroyed Iran’s democracy and replaced it with a US-friendly dictator when their government negotiated for more than their allotted 15% of oil profits. When Iran overthrew the dictator in 1979 (who was as bad as Saddam), the US reneged on its nuclear energy equipment contract without refunding billions of dollars Iran paid the US.

Iran asserts their NPT rights for nuclear energy and allows full inspections by IAEA, in full compliance with NPT. The US lies about Iran’s NPT rights, lies by omission in calling it a “nuclear program” to conflate energy with weapons, and is in violation of NPT by withholding assistance for Iran’s nuclear energy achievement. The US is in violation of the purpose of NPT for international peace in Orwellian psychopathic attempt to use NPT for international war.

What President Ahmadinejad said about Israel: summary. In October 2005, President Ahmadinejad spoke of regime change in Israel in context of historical regime changes in other countries: Iran under the Shah, the USSR, and Saddam’s Iraq. The reason for regime change in Israel is because of their vicious treatment of Palestinians. Unless you want to argue that Mr. Ahmadinejad was speaking of the physical destruction of Iran, his own country, then the threat to Israel disappears. But take 5 minutes to click the above link and read one of the translations of his speech for yourself. If you have Iranian friends, consult with them for authentication of the translation or consult with any professor of the Persian language.

US escalates aggression for war: The New York Times reported that US officials are moving to seize ~$500 million of Iranian assets under lies we’ve considered in this article. The #2 House Republican just spoke publicly to advance these lies and aggressively moved his audience toward military attack against Iran. President Obama just announced another year of economic sanctions against Iran because of “relations that were not normal.” These are acts of aggression to steal Iranian assets, threaten war, and punish Iranian civilians in trade limitations.

What we should do about this: First, and most importantly, embrace the verifiable facts. Allow this example to forever pierce the veil between government propaganda and you. If it’s any help, if we were discussing other periods of history and other nations, you would instantly compare facts with spin to discern propaganda. And if it’s any help, the Founding Fathers wrote passionately for your vigilance for just the type of government propaganda that you’ve read in this article. They predicted you would need this strength. They also provided philosophical foundation for your consideration, expressed in the Declaration of Independence.

For policy, I’m among many who recommend Truth and Reconciliation (T&R) as the response most likely to be effective. T&R splits previously misguided patriots seeking a “Scrooge conversion” to help expose and end all criminality from the heartless psychopaths who want continued crushing domination of humanity. Those who reject T&R face full prosecution under the law.

Take heart: The good news is that a critical mass of Americans is building who realize that security is a function of cooperation, justice, dignity and freedom rather than manipulative and violent control. More good news is that critical mass is also close for Americans being fully open to embrace difficult truths, such as we’ve considered in this article. The best news is that we’re very close to Americans choosing for a world that’s engineered to work for everyone rather than our history of vicious antagonism.

Western Race Hatred Laws: Keep the Caucasians Down

Throughout the totalitarian West, the Marxist internationalist elites, while busily flooding their countries with tens of millions of third worlders, have introduced specific measures to keep the native populations down and in check.

These measures have come in the form of Hate Crimes Laws. The laws state that a crime is not just a crime if we can find a deeper motive, such as hate of a specific race, sex, religion or sexual orientation. Thus the Lords of Humanity have given themselves the power of God to know what is inside the hearts of men.

In practical terms, what this means is 1. A murder is not just a murder if hate is involved. Say again? This than means certain lives are worth more than others, a protected class, another insult to Christ and justice. 2. If the local jury trial is considered to lenient, than those globalist elites of the West can try the person again for “hate” or rather in actuality for the same crime, twice. Again, an insult to justice that Western serfs bow, grin and bare.

But this gets worse, since in practice, the elites decide who is a racist and who is not, they use these laws sparingly to keep the native population down, shackled and paranoid of the knock on the door.

In America, anti white violence is exploding, an average of 12 people per day are killed by their illegals and three times more whites and Asians are killed by blacks than vice verse. The same can be found in England. The head of the Justice Department, Hader, even stated that he approved the double standard used on whites. He did this in front of a parliamentary committee, with no real out cry by the totalitarians. As if any should be expected.

When five blacks kidnapped a white couple, raped and murdered the man, than kept the woman for further rapes and poured bleach down her throat to kill her, there was no hate crime, even though those five became the idols of black racist groups in American. When blacks in Los Angeles target Koreans for robbery and murder, also nothing. Nor when Mexican gangs ethnically cleanse one street after another. When Islamic Pakistanis in England beat an Anglican priest almost to death, in front of his church and screamed how they were going burn down the church, or when other Islamics poured acid in the face of a raped school girl, nothing happened. No hate crimes. When Islamic Turks murdered the white, Christian boyfriend of a Turkish girl, in Germany, not a hate crime. When Arabs and Pakistanis in Athens attack and burn Greek Orthodox businesses, not a hate crime. When the director van Gogh is brutally murdered by an Islamic assailant, not a hate crime. However, his dutch film, showing the plight of the women under Islam, beat and abused, well, most definitely that is a hate crime…the film, not the wife beating, that’s just quaint multiculturalism, supported by the Western femiNazis, who have a secret lusting for this type of treatment.

Luckily, in Russia, Ukraine, Serbia and all none EU, none West Christian nations, this idiocy does not exist. Murder is murder, regardless of what is felt by the killer and defense of the local culture is paramount.

Westerners, truly I believe, you deserve this, since the vast majority of you take it and swallow it, like the good little castrated serfs you are. Enjoy your extinction, as you loaf around on your Chinese couches.
